I went "capri pants crazy" today. I never had a pair of capri pants, nor low-waisted pants (I was never a fan of butt crack exposure). Now, I have 4 different low-waisted capri pants in 4 different colors. And just in time for winter. HaHa. If the trip to Manila pushed through, perfect sana. So are capris pants or shorts? By definition, shorts are shorter than pants. So if capris are shorter than pants, shouldn't they be called capri shorts? Ahh yes, the things that occupy my mind these days. ;P
