Today, I took out money from my bank account and deposited it into a Roth IRA account. My retirement fund has officially begun (or as I'd like to call it, my Independent Woman account).
I've been putting off reading personal finance books, but my consultant suggested that I start reading up now so I know what the heck is happening to my nest egg. Besides my InDesign, Photoshop, XHTML, and Japanese/Korean language books, I'm adding Finance into the mix. Talk about homework. I need to channel the Suze 0rman in me ASAP.
