I can honestly say now that I am a safe driver. Actually, I always have been, but now, I'm a safe driver using a safe car. I got brand spankin' new tires and I'm very giddy about it! Yes, after seven years, I parted with the original tires that my car came with. It wasn't easy, but it was for the best. HeHe.
Motivated by the "new feeling" of the car, I also did an "overhaul cleaning" after two years of not doing so. Calm down, I'm not a messy individual so the inside of my car wasn't that bad. *cough* As another gift for my car, I bought it new floor mats (again, after 7 years). I didn't realize how yellowy my previous then-clear floor mats were until I took them out. Sorry to my previous passengers.
What's left to do...Let's see, wheel alignment and front brake replacement for sure. And as if the car gods have taken over my brain, I'm even contemplating about buying a CD player. I know! How crazy is that?! Anyway, someone lead me to the tree that's sprouting money right now to make this all possible.
