Someone keeps making fun of me for being highly principled: I refuse to buy bootleg Meteor Garden episodes on eBay eventhough they would complete my life right now. LoL. All I can say is it runs in the family.
Hence, I'm quite scared about today. If vote-buying occurs in a certain city, I know that the fight is over. Not because my uncle can't afford to buy votes himself, but simply because he refuses to do so. It was the motto in the last elections and no doubt it's the same this time around.
There's nothing else I can do, but hope that the qualified AND highly principled candidates win this year. Please lang so I can go back home later this year and buy legit copies of MG! LoL.
