I saw the Broadway musical of The Lion King last night from my beloved front row seat. If you ever have the chance to see it, go see it! It was pretty cool to see how they translated the scenes from the movie to the stage. Simply amazing!
While watching the two kids that played the young Simba and Nala, I had to ask myself why I was never introduced to stage plays when I was younger. I don't remember having any opportunities back then at St. Scho. Now I understand (and appreciate) what Ayen Munji-Laurel was trying to do when she produced Rama at Sita for the Philippines a few years ago.
