Regardless of how much you think you’re in touch with your Filipino side, you’re still as foreign as a foreigner can get. Don’t ever, ever, ever think that you can drink just any kind of water. Please always order bottled water whenever you’re eating out. You know this. Not ordering bottled water while scarfing down a “La Pinay” at Café Breton was just plain stupid. Shame on you for thinking that two sips of something won’t kill you. Tsk. Tsk. Come back to Tagaytay when you feel better enough to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. Get well soon!
